Once you've been chosen winner, you will receive a message requesting you to send the design files. Then, the client will confirm that the files have been correctly received and the money will be automatically transfered to your account. Usually you will receive the money around 2 or 3 days after the design has been sent to the client.

Intellectual Property Rights are on the side of those who can prove having published the design first. If this is your case, please report it to us and we will consider whether we have to terminate the account of that designer and withdraw the corresponding designs.

Yes. You can withdraw your designs at anytime, even if the contest has not ended yet.

We use that fee to cover part of the fix costs for keeping this website running such as web hosting, bank transfers, programming, etc.

A contest ends either when the customer chooses a winner or when the deadline established in the contest page ends. We recommend you to submit your design as soon as possible for the client to take it into account. If you wait until the last moment, the customer might choose a winner before seeing your design. Remember you can submit as many designs as you want. We recommend you to send a sketch of your proposal as soon as possible and then refine it according to the customer specifications.

You can use either .jpeg or .png to submit your proposal to any contest you want. If you are selected as the winner of a contest, you shall use the format required by the client in the brief. If the client does not choose a format, you must use the best format so that you send your design with the best quality as possible (.psd, .pdf, etc.)
